汕頭達濠蒂蒂香 – 手打魚蛋及鼠殼粿

早一陣子回鄉旅行探親，到了汕頭達濠著名的食店蒂蒂香，當然要試一試當地有名的手打魚蛋及鼠殼粿！

手打彈牙魚蛋，一個字：正！

相當特色的鼠殼粿，使用鼠殼草作為皮，外脆內甜！
